Our shipping methods are efficient, and we ensure that your products are carefully packaged to maintain their quality during transit. We offer competitive shipping costs, and we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner to enhance your satisfaction with our service.
 
As part of our commitment to transparency, we prioritize using plain and straightforward language to communicate our shipping policy. This approach aims to build trust and loyalty among our valued customers.

 

Business Days + Holidays

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Day.

Thanks for your patience while shipping is taking longer due to high demand - we are working quickly to fulfill your orders!

 

U.S.

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack.  For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping can take longer -- roughly 6-8 business days -- if you are outside contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii or 12-14 business days if you are in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, it typically takes 6-8 business days for delivery. For APO, FPO and U.S Territories, please allow roughly 45 days for shipping. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Celebrity Therapy Beverly Hills, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to provide  exchanges or credit  in case you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product.  

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 (rejection case) in case if you refund get rejected you will get store credit for the amount of the product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
